ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are processed within 24 hours of receiving payment. Orders will be shipped out Mondays thru Fridays.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

We carry all products in stock so there is never a waiting period. All of our Specialized Tutorial products come in CDROM format or in Word 2003 format. All products are available for download. We can email any tutorial if desired after payment has been made. For those who desire the print version in a 3-ring binder, we will send them by FEDEX or UPS Express.

US & International Sales

At present we can ship to the United States and any foreign country where FEDEX and UPS are located.

SALES TAX

We charge Sales Tax to Nevada Residents only. Nevada Schools & Non-Profit organizations are exempt if they can provide a tax-exempt certificate at the time of order.

SHIPPING

1. We ship via U.S. Postal Services, Fedex - Express and UPS - Express for our products.
2. On all products we charge shipping based on the weight of the product.
3. We ship within 24 hours of receiving full payment.
4. For all customers who purchase tutorials, downloads are available.
5. Those customers who order Specialized Tutorials, special shipping will be arranged.

PAYMENT METHODS

Payments can be made by check or money order (product shipping delayed). We provide offline purchases for customers who prefer that method.

PURCHASE ORDERS

We will accept purchase orders from schools or companies with a Dun-Bradstreet rating.

REFUNDS & RETURNS

To receive a full refund, we must receive the product back in the condition it which it was sent within 10 business days of sale.

GUARANTEES

All Products and Services are guaranteed for 60 days.
