1. All tutorials are created as specialized tutorials by Seager Enterprises, for and in behalf of, out customers. We reserve the right for distribution as we see fit.

2. All specialized tutorials created by Seager Enterprises are done in Microsoft Word 2003 format and can be protected in Acrobat Reader format if desired.

3. We also reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.

4. Seager Enterprises logo is property of Seager Enterprises.

5. We do not assume liability for the misuse of our products.

6. We may grant the right based on mutual consent for resale of our products in certain geographical areas.

7. All materials on the Seager Enterprises website are original material and were created by Phillip Seager, owner.
